What are your "Setting Options" and how do they work?
We offer hundreds of customizable settings for rings, earrings, necklaces, and pendants. You can select a gemstone first then choose a setting, or browse our designs then pick your perfect gem.
How can I see what my custom setting will look like?
We provide complimentary 3D renderings of your design. For $95 (credited toward your purchase), we can create a physical wax model of your setting.
Can I request to see more than one item at a time?
Yes, we offer a 5-day preview service with a credit card hold. Contact us to arrange viewing multiple items simultaneously.

Custom Jewelry ('Made To Order')
14-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom designs initiated by clients may be non-returnable.
Loose Gemstones & Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
14-day return window. Gemstones cannot be returned if set, scratched, or altered. Extended previews available by prior arrangement.
Wedding Bands
14-day return window. Very small or large sizes may be non-returnable - we'll notify you before processing if this applies.
To initiate a return, contact us for an RMA number. Returns without authorization will be refused.

Ring Sizing
We use US sizing standards. First resizing within 3 months is complimentary (excluding eternity bands). Contact us for international size conversions or to request a free plastic sizer.
Clarity Grading
Our scale ranges from Eye Clean (no visible inclusions) to Included (significant inclusions affecting brilliance).
Color Intensity
From Vivid (finest saturation) to Colorless (white sapphires). Personal preference determines ideal color - our gemologists can help you choose.
Gemstone & Metal Care
Sapphires rank 9 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamonds are 10), making them excellent for daily wear. However:
Avoid impacts against hard surfaces
Remove jewelry during sports, gym workouts, or manual labor
Clean with mild soap, water, and a soft brush
Metal Maintenance
White gold may require periodic rhodium plating to maintain its bright finish. All metals benefit from professional polishing every 1-2 years.
